Please do save the date and come along to find out information on the Southwater Parish Neighbourhood Plan.  The event will take place in Beeson House in the main (upper floor) chamber.  Please follow signs within the building where staff will be available to welcome you.

Various events are being arranged within the Parish of Southwater and we would welcome your input so please come along to the various exhibitions.

We have already attended the Southwater Schools Summer Fete on Saturday, 5th July 2014 and provided an exhibition within Beeson House and the Leisure Centre, and have to date received excellent feedback providing us with your views, aims and aspirations going forward.

20th March 2014 -  Launch of the Neighbourhood Plan

5th July, 2014     -   Southwater Schools Summer Fete

July - Aug 2014  -   Beeson House Exhibition (Foyer)

Aug 2014           -    Southwater Leisure Centre

Over and above these consultation events, it is essential that the Steering Group identify local partners, stakeholders and develop working arrangements to gain their involvement and support, and we hope that the whole community will get behind the Plan in order that a Plan can be produced which will meet the requirements of Inspection and ultimately community Referendum.  We hope to be in a position to conduct these meetings within the next few months.
