October BAT Walk - Due To Popular Demand
"BAT" by popular demand....
Following the successful bat walk In August at the Southwater Country Park, your Southwater Wardens Dom & Bettina are teaming up again with their colleagues from Horsham District Council's Parks & Countryside to explore the wildlife on Wednesday, 30 October 2024.
Join them on a guided bat walk around the Country Park to learn more about these amazing nocturnal creatures.
Bat detectors and ID sheets will be supplied, but please bring a small torch.
Remember to wrap up warm and wear appropriate footwear.
Please be aware that this walk can only go ahead in dry weather and we are sorry but NO DOGS are allowed.
The walk will last approximately 90 minutes.
